摘要
目的:观察艾儒棣教授经验方祛疣汤联合火针疗法治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:按纳入标准收集在本院就诊的扁平疣患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组采用高频电离子手术治疗;观察组采用艾儒棣教授经验方祛疣汤结合火针治疗,火针治疗间隔根据疣体反应情况而定,一般5~7天治疗1次;祛疣汤内服每日1剂,每次200 mL,疗程4周。分别于治疗前后观察两组患者症状体征评分,评定两组临床疗效及不良反应,随访观察治疗后3个月复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者临床症状体征评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者临床观察评分较前均降低(P<0.05),观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.1%,高于对照组的84.4%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.9%,低于对照组的25.0%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为14.7%,低于对照组的28.1%(P<0.05)。结论:艾儒棣教授经验方祛疣汤联合火针疗法治疗扁平疣可有效改善患者症状体征,提高临床有效率,减少不良反应的发生,并降低扁平疣的复发率。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of professor Ai Rudi's experience prescription Quyou decoction combined with fire needle therapy in the treatment of flat warts.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,72 patients with flat warts in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-frequency ion surgery;the observation group was treated with professor Ai Rudi's experience prescription Quyou decoction combined with fire needle.The interval of fire needle treatment was determined according to the reaction of warts,and the treatment was generally 5~7 days.Quyou decoction was taken orally 1 dose per day,200 mL each time,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated,and the recurrence was followed up for 3 months after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical observation scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%,which was higher than 84.4% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.9%,which was lower than 25.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 14.7%,which was lower than 28.1% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Ai Rudi's empirical prescription Quyou decoction combined with fire needle therapy can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with flat warts,improve clinical efficiency,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and reduce the recurrence of flat warts.
