数字化赋能医学免疫学混合式教学的实施策略

摘要 数字化转型已成为全球高等教育改革的核心驱动力,其在医学教育领域的深度应用对培养新时代创新型医学人才具有战略意义。医学免疫学作为连接基础医学与临床实践的关键桥梁,其学科发展呈现显著的前沿性和交叉性特征。本研究基于成果导向教育理念,构建“三位一体”的医学免疫学数字化混合式教学模式。通过实施教学场景数字化重构、教学内容数字化再造以及教学评价数字化升级,系统摆脱传统教学中的三重困境:知识内化效率低下、理论与实践衔接断层、课程思政实效性不足。通过教学实践,学生的学习能力提升,实践能力增强,思政素养有效提高,为数字化时代医学教育改革提供了实践范式。 Digital transformation has emerged as a core driving force in global higher education reform,and its profound application in medical education carries strategic significance for cultivating innovative medical talents in the new era.As a critical bridge connecting basic medical sciences and clinical practice,medical immunology demonstrates distinctive cutting-edge and interdisciplinary characteristics in disciplinary development.Guided by the outcomes-based education(OBE)philosophy,this study establishes a tripartite integrated digital blended teaching model for medical immunology.Through digital reconstruction of teaching scenarios,digital restructuring of educational content,and digital revamping of assessment mechanisms,we systematically address three persistent challenges in traditional pedagogy:inefficient knowledge internalization,disconnection between theory and practice,and inadequate effectiveness of ideological-political education.Teaching practice demonstrates enhanced student learning capabilities,improved practical competencies,and strengthened ideological cultivation.This research provides a practical paradigm for medical education reform in the digital era.
