摘要
在新医科建设的大背景下,医学教育体系对创新型专业人才的培养提出更为高阶的要求。作为医学专业的核心基础课程,分子生物学的教学质量提升对创新型医学人才的培养起着关键性支撑作用。文章深入探讨了新医科背景下分子生物学教学改革的必要性、探索了以培养医学创新人才为导向的教学改革路径,为实现课程质量与学生创新能力的同步提升,探索医学创新人才培养模式提供有益的经验。
With the advancement of the“New Medical Sciences”initiative,the medical education system places higher demands on the cultivation of innovative professionals.Molecular biology is a core foundational course in medical education,and the improvement of its teaching quality plays a crucial supporting role in the cultivation of innovative medical talents.The authors discussed the necessity of teaching reform in the course of molecular biology within the context of New Medical Sciences and explored the teaching reform pathway to the development of innovation-driven medical professionals.This study aims to enhance course quality and foster students’innova-tion capacity,providing reference for the optimization of talent cultivation models in medical education.
