摘要
新生儿窒息是围生期常见的危急病理状态,是导致新生儿出现远期功能障碍、残疾甚至死亡的常见原因。其发病机制复杂,涉及多个层面。随着医学研究的不断深入,关于新生儿窒息发病影响因素的研究取得了显著的进展,从围生期的各种因素,如早产、胎盘异常、母体疾病等,至分娩过程中的产程异常、窒息复苏等,再到新生儿自身的生理特点等,都逐渐被揭示和重视。本文对新生儿窒息发病影响因素开展综述。
Neonatal asphyxia is a common critical pathological state in the perinatal period and a common cause of long-term dysfunction,disability and even death of newborns.Its pathogenesis is complex and involves multiple levels.With the continuous deepening of medical research,the research on the influencing factors of neonatal asphyxia has made significant progress,from various factors in the perinatal period,such as premature birth,placental abnormalities,maternal diseases,to abnormal labor process in the process of delivery,asphyxia resuscitation,and then to the physiological characteristics of newborns,have been gradually revealed and valued.This article reviews the influencing factors of neonatal asphyxia.
