摘要
家校联动机制是高职院校心理危机干预体系的重要组成部分,但在实际干预中,家庭背景复杂化、部分学生存在抗拒心理及家校沟通不畅等,共同构成家校联动的现实阻力。为提高心理危机干预工作中家校联动的协同度,本研究从家校联动模式、明确工作职责和预后长效追踪三个方面入手,为构建科学化心理危机干预体系提供参考路径。
The home-school linkage mechanism is an important component of the psychological crisis intervention system in vocational colleges.However,in actual intervention,the complexity of family backgrounds,some students'resistance psychology,and poor communication between home and school collectively constitute the real obstacles to home school linkage.In order to improve the collaboration between home and school in psychological crisis intervention work,this study starts from three aspects:the model of home school collaboration,clarifying job responsibilities,and long-term tracking of prognosis,providing a reference path for building a scientific psychological crisis intervention system.
