摘要
目的研制一种新型鼻腔冲洗面罩,并探讨其在鼻腔冲洗患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月至2024年1月医院收治的460例鼻腔冲洗患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(220例)和对照组(240例)。试验组采用自行设计的新型鼻腔冲洗面罩进行鼻腔冲洗,对照组采用传统方法(普通一次性治疗巾)进行鼻腔冲洗。比较两组并发症发生率、鼻腔冲洗中断次数、患儿舒适度及家长满意度。结果试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,鼻腔冲洗中断次数少于对照组,患儿舒适度及家长满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型鼻腔冲洗面罩使用便捷,可减少发生鼻腔冲洗并发症及操作中断次数,提高患儿舒适性及家长满意度,减轻患儿对该项护理操作的抗拒心理,提高患儿依从性及护理工作效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of a new nasal irrigation mask self-made in this study in the nasal irrigation of children.Methods With the selection of 460 children with nasal irrigation admitted to the hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(220 cases)and the control group(240 cases)using a random number table method.With the use of a self-designed new nasal irrigation mask for nasal irrigation in the experimental group,and traditional methods(ordinary disposable treatment wipes)for nasal irrigation in the control group,the incidence of complications,the number of interruptions in masal irrigation,the comfort level of children and the satisfaction of parents of the two groups of nasal irrigation methods were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the number of interruptions in masal irrigation was less than that in the control group,and the comfort level of children and the satisfaction of parents were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new type of nasal irrigation mask is convenient to use.It can reduce the occurrence of nasal irrigation complications and the frequency of operation interruptions,improve the comfort of children and the satisfaction of parents,alleviate children's resistance to this nursing operation,and enhance children's compliance and the efficiency of nursing work.
