摘要
目的调查实习护生的体面劳动感知水平,分析其影响因素。方法于2024年4—5月选取扬州地区3家三级甲等医院实习护生作为研究对象,利用问卷星平台制作问卷,问卷内容包含一般资料调查表、体面劳动感知量表、霍尔职业精神态度量表及护生职业认同问卷。采用单因素分析、相关性分析及多元线性回归分析了解体面劳动感知的影响因素。结果体面劳动感知条目均分为(2.46±0.60)分,与护生职业精神态度、职业认同呈正相关(均P<0.001)。年龄、学历、居住地、是否独生子女和职业认同是实习护生体面劳动感知的影响因素(P<0.05),解释总变异的46.4%。结论实习护生的体面劳动感知水平不高,年龄、学历、居住地、是否独生子女和职业认同是实习护生体面劳动感知的影响因素。护理教育者需要在理论和实践过程中融入职业认同教育,提升实习护生的体面劳动感知水平。
Objective To investigate the level of decent work perception among nursing interns and analyze influencing factors.Methods In April to May 2024,nursing interns from 3 Grade-A hospitals in Yangzhou City were selected as research subjects.A questionnaire was created with WJX,including sections on General Information Questionnaire,Decent Work Perception Scale,Hall Occupational Spirit Attitude Scale,and Nursing Student Occupational Identity Questionnaire.Univariate analysis,correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to learn the influencing factors of decent work perception.Results The mean score of decent work perception items was(2.46±0.60)score,showing positive correlation with occupational spirit attitude and occupational identity among nursing students(all P<0.001).Age,education level,place of residence,being an only child or not,and occupational identity were identified as influencing factors for decent work perception among nursing interns(P<0.05),explaining 46.4%of the total variance.Conclusion The level of decent work perception among nursing interns is not high.Age,education level,place of residence,being an only child or not,and occupational identity were influencing factors for decent work perception among nursing interns.Nursing educators need to incorporate professional identity education into both theoretical and practical training to enhance the level of decent work perception among nursing interns.
