护理本科生职业态度及影响因素研究 被引量:20

Professional attitude and influencing factors of nursing undergraduate students

摘要 目的了解护理本科生职业态度现状,并分析其影响因素,探讨促进职业态度发展的有效途径。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、护理专业学生职业态度量表对283名护理本科生职业态度现状及影响因素进行调查分析。结果护理本科生职业态度总均分为(100.01±8.60)分,处于中等偏上水平;性别、班级任职与否、护理专业与自身职业兴趣是否相符、所认识的护理人员对护理专业的态度、自身人生价值实现与否为护理本科生职业态度的主要影响因素。结论护理本科生职业态度水平尚待提高,建议在教学过程中,护理教育者从护理本科生兴趣出发,培养其积极专业价值观。 Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of professional attitudes among nursing undergraduates and explore effective ways to promote professional attitudes.Methods A total of 283 nursing undergraduates were surveyed by general information questionnaire and the Instrument of Professional Attitude for Student Nurses. Results The professional attitudes of nursing undergraduates was generally ( 100.01±8.60),which was in the middle-upper level.The professional attitudes of nursing students were influenced by gender, whether nursing students served as class cadre, whether the nursing profession was consistent with their own occupational interests, attitudes towards nursing profession from most of paramedics recognized by nursing students and the value of their own life was realized or not. Conclusion The professional attitudes of nursing undergraduates need to be improved.In the teaching process, nursing educators need to establish good professional role models,start from the students'own interests,cultivate positive professional values of nursing students.
