摘要
为实现水基型钻井废液的高效、环保处理,以S油田联合站泥浆池废液为研究对象,在分析水质监测指标的基础上,考察了多种混凝剂和助凝剂投加下的处理效果,确定了最佳药剂的选择和投加量,结合正交实验,对搅拌时间、搅拌速度和静置时间等工艺参数对出水COD浓度和泥相含水率的影响进行了分析,得到了最优方案。研究结果表明:混凝剂中Al2(SO4)3的处理效果较好,助凝剂中NPAM的处理效果较好;在搅拌时间60 s、搅拌速度90 r/min、静置时间5 min、Al2(SO4)3投加量500 mg/L、NPAM投加量20 mg/L条件下的处理效果最佳,出水COD浓度为38.5 mg/L,泥相含水率为70.1%;当原水中COD浓度超过4000 mg/L,可将混凝破胶工艺作为预处理工艺,为后续深度处理提供前提条件。该研究结果可为钻井废液的无害化处理提供理论依据和数据支持。
In order to realize the efficient and environmentally friendly treatment of water-based drilling waste liquid,the waste fluid of the mud pool in a combined station of S Oilfield is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of water quality monitoring index,the treatment effect after various coagulants and coag-ulant aids dosage is investigated,and the best agent selection and dosage are determined.The influence of stirring time,stirring speed,and standing time on COD content of effluent and moisture content of mud phase is analyzed by orthogonal experiment,and the optimal scheme is obtained.The results show that the treatment effect of Al2(SO4)3 in coagulants is better,and the treatment effect of NPAM in coagulant aids is bet-ter.Under the conditions of stirring time 60 s,stirring speed 90 r/min,standing time 5 min,Al2(SO4)3 dosage 500 mg/L and NPAM dosage 20 mg/L,the treatment effect is the best,the effluent COD concentration is 38.5mg/L,andthemudphasemoisturecontentis70.1%.WhentheCOD contentinraw waterexceeds4000mg/L,the coagulation and gum-breaking process can be used as a pre-treatment process to provide a prerequisite for subsequent advanced treatment.The research results can provide theoretical basis and data support for the harmless treatment of drilling waste fluid.
