摘要
用添加铝盐焙烧法处理两种废弃钻井泥浆,制得到废水处理吸附剂,确定了最佳处理条件:焙烧温度为600℃、Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O加量为8%。用所制备的吸附剂处理4种染料溶液,脱色率均可达90%以上;配合阳离子絮凝剂处理钻井废水和压裂返排液,COD去除率分别可达70%和66%左右。这种处理废弃钻井泥浆的方法简单,成本低廉,所得吸附剂的水处理效果好,为钻井废弃物治理和资源化提供了一条新的思路。
Two kinds of waste mud were treated by roasting under the existence of aluminum sulfate and the wastewatertreating absorbents were obtained. The optimal treatment condition was determined as follows : roasting temperature 600 ℃, Al2(SO4)3· 18H2O 8% .The decolorizing rates of four dye solutions treated with the absorbents were above 90% .The CODs of the drilling waste water and the fracturing fluid were decreased 70% and 66% respectively after treated with the absorbents and cationic flocculant. This method of treating waste drilling mud was simple and its cost was low. The absorbents had good effects on the waste water treatment.
