摘要
[目的]旨在筛选出对水葫芦具有高效防除效果的除草剂,为水葫芦化学防治提供科学依据。[方法]选取9种市售除草剂,通过盆栽试验筛选其对水葫芦的抑制效果。为进一步评估药剂实际田间防治效果,对筛选出防效较佳的5种除草剂,进行田间药效试验。[结果]通过室内试验得出氯氟吡啶酯、五氟磺草胺、硝磺草酮、草铵膦和灭草松对水葫芦防效较好。田间对5种药剂进行评价,防治效果从高到低依次为:氯氟吡啶酯>灭草松>草铵膦>硝磺草酮>五氟磺草胺,氯氟吡啶酯具有最佳的防除效果,药量为36 g a.i./hm^(2)时,株防效达100%,鲜质量抑制率为99.36%。[结论]3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油是防治水葫芦的最佳药剂,其高效性为水葫芦的化学防治提供了有效方案。
[Aims]This study aims to screen herbicides with high control efficacy against Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms,providing scientific evidence for the chemical management of this weed.[Methods]Nine commercially available herbicides were evaluated through pot tests to evaluate their activity to E.crassipes.Five herbicides demonstrating superior efficacy were further assessed in field efficacy trials.[Results]Laboratory tests identified florpyrauxifen-benzyl,penoxsulam,mesotrione,glufosinate-ammonium and bentazone as effective herbicides against E.crassipes.Field evaluations ranked their control efficacy in descending order:florpyrauxifen-benzyl>bentazone>glufosinate-ammonium>mesotrione>penoxsulam.Florpyrauxifen-benzyl exhibited optimal performance,achieving 100%plant density control efficacy and 99.36%fresh weight reduction rate at 36 g a.i./ha.[Conclusions]Florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3%EC represents the most effective herbicide for E.crassipes management,providing an efficient chemical control strategy for this species.
