摘要
生物育种技术作为一种新兴手段,为传统育种注入了新的活力与潜力。食用菌是一类拥有大型子实体的真菌,具备食用或药用价值,其营养价值极为丰富。然而,随着食用菌市场的迅猛扩张,对高品质菌株的需求日益提升。但受限于食用菌复杂的遗传特性及传统育种方法的低效性,选育出高产优质的品种面临重重挑战,亟需解决这一问题。该研究旨在介绍生物育种技术,涵盖分子标记辅助育种、基因编辑、全基因组选择等前沿方法,并展望食用菌生物育种领域的未来发展前景。
As an emerging approach,biotechnology in breeding has infused new vitality and potential into traditional breeding methods.Edible mushrooms,a class of fungi characterized by their large fruiting bodies,possessing both culinary and medicinal properties,boasting an exceptionally rich nutritional profile.Nevertheless,amidst the rapid expansion of the edible mushroom market,the demand for high-quality strains has escalated significantly.However,hindered by the intricate genetic traits of edible mushrooms and the inefficiency of traditional breeding techniques,the cultivation of high-yielding and superior-quality varieties poses formidable challenges that necessitate urgent resolution.This study aims to introduce biotechnology in edible mushroom breeding,encompassing cutting-edge methodologies such as molecular marker-assisted selection,gene editing,and genome-wide selection,while also offering insights into the future development prospects of this burgeoning field.
