摘要
目的:解析豺皮樟挥发油的抗氧化物质基础,并筛选其抗氧化有效部位。方法:采用5种方法提取豺皮樟挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)解析挥发油物质基础,再通过体外抗氧化实验评价活性部位。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取和石油醚、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇提取分别定性出38、28、43、31、45个化合物。提取出的主要成分有15个,分别是十三醛、反式-橙花叔醇、肉豆蔻醛、十三烷酸甲酯、法呢基甲基醚、十四烷酸甲酯、十五碳酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、4-酮月桂酸酯、亚油酸甲酯、反-9-十八碳烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、β-谷甾醇乙酸酯、二十二烷酸甲酯、木蜡酸甲酯等。5种提取方法提取的挥发油均具有一定的抗氧化活性,无水乙醇提取方法提取的挥发油抗氧化能力最强。结论:5种方法提取的豺皮樟挥发油化学组成多样,且均具有抗氧化活性,这些挥发油中抗氧化的化学成分组成及其作用机制有待进一步深入研究。
Objective:To analyze the antioxidant material basis of the volatile oil from Litseae Rotundifoliae Radix et Caulis and screen its antioxidant active fractions.Methods:Five extraction methods were used to obtain the volatile oil from Litseae Rotundifoliae Radix et Caulis.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was employed to analyze the material basis of the volatile oil,and in vitro antioxidant experiments were conducted to evaluate the active fractions.Results:A total of 38,28,43,31,and 45 compounds were identified from the volatile oils extracted by steam distillation,petroleum ether,n-hexane,ethyl acetate,and absolute ethanol,respectively.There were 15 main extracted components,including tridecanal,trans-nerolidol,myristaldehyde,methyl tridecanoate,farnesyl methyl ether,methyl tetradecanoate,methyl pentadecanoate,methyl palmitate,4-ketolaurinsaeuremethylester,methyl linoleate,methyl trans-9-octadecenoate,methyl stearate,β-sitosterol acetate,methyl docosanoate,and methyl lignocerate.The volatile oils extracted by the five methods all exhibited certain antioxidant activities,among which the volatile oil extracted by absolute ethanol showed the strongest antioxidant capacity.Conclusion:The volatile oils of Litseae Rotundifoliae Radix et Caulis extracted by the five methods have diverse chemical compositions and all possess antioxidant activities.The composition and mechanism of antioxidant chemical components in these volatile oils need further investigation.
