基于多学科多模态知识图谱的制药工程药理学课程建设 被引量:1

摘要 药理学是制药工程本科专业的核心课程,主要研究药物与机体的相互作用及机制。当前多学科与药理学交叉融合显著,课程群慕课数量众多,但存在知识点呈现线性化、缺乏有效学习导航等问题。该研究提出一种基于知识图谱的综合性药理学教学模式,通过整合多模态教学资源,重构药理学课程及其相关学科资源之间的层级关系,融合思政元素,实现动态学习路径规划与资源推荐,旨在帮助制药工程相关专业学生构建完整的药理学知识网络体系,以满足学生深度学习的需求。 Pharmacology studies the interactions and mechanisms between drugs and organisms,and it is a core course for the under-graduates of pharmaceutical engineering.Currently,there has been significant integration of pharmacology and different disciplines,and hundreds of relevant MOOCs have been created.However,there are problems of linear presentation of knowledge points and lack of effective learning navigation.This study proposes a comprehensive teaching model based on knowledge graph to meet the students’need of deep learning.Teachers can integrate multimodal teaching resources,reconstruct the hierarchical relationship between pharma-cology and relevant disciplines,add elements of ideological and political education,and achieve dynamic learning path planning and resource recommendation.The new teaching mode aims to help students of pharmaceutical engineering build a complete pharmacology knowledge system.
