摘要
生物化学是临床医学专业的重要基础课程,但当前中医药院校临床专业生物化学教学存在理论与临床脱节、学习方法死板、临床实践能力不足等弊端。为适应中医药人才培养需求,文章以“双师”联动为核心理念,探索中医药院校临床专业生物化学与分子生物学课程的改革路径。通过整合基础理论与临床实践,构建由基础学科教师与临床医师共同参与的“双师”协同教学模式,搭建理论与临床经验无缝对接的教学平台,结合中医经典理论与现代生物化学知识,增设疾病相关的临床案例分析,增强课程的中医药特色与实践性,强化中医思维与现代分子生物学技术的融合。“双师”协同教学模式具有理论和实践深度融合、提升教学质量、激发学习兴趣和主动性、增强理论应用于临床能力等重要意义。
Biochemistry is an important basic course for clinical medicine majors,but in traditional teaching,there are problems of disconnection between theory and clinical practice,rigid learning method,and insufficient clinical practice ability in the students.In order to cultivate high-quality talents of Chinese Medicine,the authors have conducted teaching reform in the course of biochemistry and molecular biology,with“dual-teacher”collaborative teaching as the core concept.By integrating basic theory and clinical prac-tice,the authors constructed a“dual-teacher”collaborative teaching mode with the participation of teachers of basic medicine and cli-nicians,and then built a teaching platform that seamlessly connects theory and clinical practice.They combine classical Chinese medi-cine theory with modern biochemical knowledge,add relevant clinical case studies,strengthen the characteristics of Chinese Medicine and the practicality of the course,and integrate Chinese medicine thinking with modern technology of molecular biology.The collabora-tive teaching mode of“dual-teacher”can deeply integrate theory and practice,improve teaching quality,increase learning interest and initiative in the students,and enhance their ability of applying theory to clinical practice.
