摘要
贵州某地区某高硅铝土矿SiO_(2)含量为23.22%,矿样中主要含铝矿物为一水硬铝石,含硅矿物为高岭石,铝硅比为2.15,属于低品位高硅铝土矿。本研究采用“一粗三精一扫”闭路浮选流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占比95%,pH值为9.5,捕收剂用量为1000 g/t的试验条件下获得产率为37.13%,氧化铝含量为61.16%,铝硅比为5.09,氧化铝回收率为46.34%的铝精矿,达到拜耳法氧化铝生产要求,为贵州地区低品位高硅铝土矿资源综合利用提供了理论依据。
A low-grade high-silica bauxite sample from Guizhou,with an SiO_(2)content of 23.22%,was investigated.The ore primarily consists of diaspore(aluminum-bearing mineral)and kaolinite(silicon-bearing mineral),exhibiting an Al/Si ratio of 2.15.A closed-circuit flotation process comprising"one roughing,three refining and one scavenging"stages was employed.Under optimized conditions-grinding fineness of 95%passing-0.074 mm,pH 9.5,and a collector dosage of 1000 g/t-the process produced an aluminum concentrate with a yield of 37.13%,Al_(2)O_(3)grade of 61.16%,Al/Si ratio of 5.09,and alumina recovery rate of 46.34%.These results meet the production requirements for alumina production via the Bayer process,providing a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive utilization of low-grade high-silica bauxite resources in Guizhou.
