摘要
磷石膏因伴生大量石英等硅质杂质,导致其白度与纯度指标难以满足资源化利用要求。文章阐述了磷石膏杂质种类、特征及对后续产品的影响,综述了磷石膏脱硅提纯过程中浮选法工艺与药剂的作用原理、应用现状及优缺点;指出了目前磷石膏浮选提纯工艺存在的问题,以及脱硅药剂的研究进展和各类药剂的优缺点,以此为积极探索复杂难用工业副产磷石膏的资源化利用提供借鉴。
Due to the presence of significant siliceousimpurities such as quartz in phosphogypsum,its whiteness and purity indicators fail to meet the requirements for resource utilization.This paper elaborates on the types and characteristics of impurities in phosphogypsum and their impacts on subsequent products.It also reviews the working principles,application status,advantages and disadvantages of flotation process and reagents in the desiliconization and purification of phosphogypsum.It points out the existing problems in the flotation purification process of phosphogypsum at present,as well as the research progress of desilication reagents and the advantages and disadvantages of various reagents.This provides a reference for actively exploring the resource utilization of complex and difficult-to-use industrial by-product phosphogypsum.
