摘要
针对千兆城市社区宽带网络质差用户修复与价值运营需求,提出基于业务感知技术的宽带业务智能化运营方案。通过部署iBRAS智能宽带引擎,融合终端识别、应用识别与用户体验分层指标体系,实现家庭侧质差精准定界与潜客画像挖掘。针对J市的实践应用表明,较应用该方案前提升家庭网络质差修复效率至66%,识别FTTR潜客转化率3倍以上,并推动千兆用户渗透率增长5.2%。研究成果为通信运营商构建“网络质量提升+用户价值运营”双驱模式提供参考。
Aiming at the demand for quality impairment remediation and valuc-oriented opera-tion of broadband users in gigabit city communities,this paper proposes an intelligent broadband service operation solution based on Service Awareness technology.By deploying the iBRAS in-telligent broadband engine,which integrates terminal identification,application identification,and a hierarchical user experience evaluation system,the solution achieves precise demarcation of household-side network quality impairments and potential customer profiling through data min-ing.Practical implementation in City J demonstrates that the scheme improves houschold net-work quality remediation efficiency by 66%,achieves a threefold increase in the conversion rate of identified FTTR potential customers,and drives a 5.2%growth in gigabit user penetration.The research outcomes provide valuable references for telecommunication operators to establish a dual-drive model integrating network quality enhanccment+user valuc operation"。
