摘要
随着互联网的迅猛发展,用户对业务感知和服务质量要求越来越高,网络业务质量监测也变得日益重要。本文分析了当前家宽业务质差识别现状,提出了一种基于用户访问感知指标的宽带业务体验评分方法,并通过区域试点验证了评价体系的有效性。使用该方法可有效提升质差用户识别率,对于网络问题的主动发现和网络质量的精细化管理具有较好的参考意义。
With the rapid development of Internet,users have higher and higher requirements for service perception and quality,and network service quality monitoring has become increasingly important.Based on the current situation of quality identification of home wide services,a broadband service experience scoring method based on user access perception index is proposed,and effectiveness of the evaluation system is verified through regional pilot.This method can effectively improve the identification rate of users with poor quality,which has a good reference significance for the active discovery of network problems and the fine management of network quality.
