摘要
实践教学是动物科学专业教育的核心,结果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念强调以学生为中心,注重实践与创新能力培养。该文以延边大学动物科学专业为例,分析实践教学现状,提出构建OBE实践教学体系的具体措施,并评估改革效果。本研究不仅为延边大学动物科学专业提供了实践教学改进的新思路,也为其他院校同类专业提供实践教学改革的有益参考,旨在推动整个动物科学教育领域实践教学质量的全面提升。
Practical teaching is the core of animal science education,while the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept emphasizes student-centeredness and focuses on the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities.Taking the animal science program at Yanbian University as a case study,this paper analyzes the current status of practical teaching,proposes specific measures for constructing an OBE-oriented practical teaching system,and evaluates the effectiveness of the reform.This research not only offers new perspectives for improving practical teaching within Yanbian University's animal science program but also provides valuable references for practical teaching reform in similar programs at other institutions,aiming to promote a comprehensive enhancement of practical teaching quality across the field of animal science education.
