摘要
完善青少年篮球赛事体系是深化体教融合的关键路径。当前,我国青少年篮球赛事存在利益冲突与目标偏差、赛事断层与学训矛盾、资源不足与配置失衡、保障不力与监管缺陷等问题。通过对比分析发现,目标协同、双轨并行、阶梯规划、资源统筹、安全防控和规范监管是美国构建高水平青少年篮球赛事的有效举措和宝贵经验。立足体教融合目标指向和“三大球”振兴战略部署,提出明确健康导向与体教融合的双重目标体系,推行分层分级的“双赛季”赛制改革,优化赛事资源配置与协同联动,健全监管评估与动态反馈机制。
Improving the youth basketball tournament system is the key path of deepening the integration of sports and education.At present,there are some problems in China’s youth basketball tournament,such as conflicts of interest and goal deviation,configuration fault of events and contradictions between learning and training,insufficient resources and unbalanced allocation,poor guarantee and supervision defects.Through comparative analysis,it is found that goal coordination,double-track parallel,ladder planning,resource co-ordination,safety prevention and control,and standardized supervision are effective measures for the United States to build a high-level youth basketball tournament.Based on the goal orientation of sports and education integration and the strategic deployment of“three big balls”(basketball,football,and volleyball)revitalization,this paper puts forward a clear dual goal system of health orientation and sports and education integration,implements tiered and graded“dual-season”competition system reform,optimizes the allocation of competition resources and collaborative linkage,and improves the supervision evaluation and dynamic feedback mechanism.
