摘要
“赛教融合”是高职院校提升教学质量的关键路径。当前,高职院校“赛教融合”面临竞赛体系与教学标准的协同性不强、竞赛导向与常规教学目标的平衡性不足、学生差异化发展需求与竞赛统一模式存在矛盾、竞赛评价体系与教学质量评估衔接融合不畅、竞赛成果向教学资源转化机制尚未健全等困境。高职院校“赛教融合”的路径是:构建竞赛与教学标准的协同发展机制、优化竞赛与常规教学目标动态平衡策略、构建分层分类培养体系、构建多维融合评价机制、开辟竞赛成果转化为教学资源全链条途径,以培养高素质技术技能人才,服务经济社会发展。
The“competition-teaching integration”is a key path for vocational colleges to improve teaching quality.At present,the“competition-teaching integration”in vocational colleges is facing such difficulties as weak synergy between competition system and teaching standards,insufficient balance between competition orientation and conventional teaching objectives,contradictions between students’differentiated development needs and the unified model of competition,unsmooth integration of competition evaluation system and teaching quality evaluation,and incomplete transformation mechanism of competition results to teaching resources.The path of“competition-teaching integration”in vocational colleges is to establish a collaborative development mechanism between competitions and teaching standards,optimize the dynamic balance strategy between competitions and conventional teaching objectives,build a hierarchical and classified training system,establish a multidimensional integration evaluation mechanism,and open up a full chain path for transforming competition results into teaching resources,in order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents and serve economic and social development.
