基于“人工智能”的个性化策略在口腔黏膜病学教学中的应用效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of the application effect of personalized strategies based on"artificial intelligence"in the teaching of oral mucosal diseases

摘要 目的评估基于“人工智能”的个性化教学策略在口腔黏膜病学课程中的应用效果。方法本研究采用系统抽样法选取来自2019级、2020级和2021级的口腔医学本科生各20名,共计60名学生,随机分为传统教学模式(A组)和人工智能辅助个性化教学(B组)。通过理论考核和AI模拟标准化病人考核评估两组学生的学习效果,并进行问卷调查以获取对不同教学模式的主观反馈。结果B组的理论考核和AI模拟标准化病人考核成绩显著高于A组(P<0.0001),B组学员在各项考核中的平均分为(85.6±4.9),而A组为(78.4±6.2)。此外,人工智能教学策略显著提升了学生的学习兴趣,增加了对课程知识点的掌握,并更加乐于参与课堂互动(P<0.05)。结论基于“人工智能”的个性化策略在口腔黏膜病学的教学中,有效提升了学生的学习成绩和对课程的兴趣。研究结果为医学教育领域中的个性化教学提供了新的思路与实践依据,显示出人工智能在教育改革中的广泛应用潜力。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of personalized teaching strategies based on artificial intelligence in the course of oral mucosal diseases.Methods A systematic sampling method was used to select 20 undergraduate dental students from the class of 2019,2020,and 2021 cohorts,totaling 60 students.They were randomly assigned to traditional teaching model(Group A)and Al-assisted personalized teaching(Group B).The learning outcomes of the two groups were assessed through theoretical examinations and AI-simulated standardized patient assessments.Questionnaires were also administered to obtain subjective feedback on the different teaching modes.ResultsThe findings indicated that Group B scored significantly higher in both theoretical and simulated assessments than Group A(P<0.0001),with Group B achieving an average score of(85.6±4.9)compared to(78.4±6.2)for Group A.Additionally,the AI-based teaching strategy significantly enhanced students'interest in learning,increased their mastery of course knowledge points,and made them more willing to participate in classroom interactions(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized strategies based on artificial intelligence effectively enhanced students'academic performance and interest in the course of oral mucosal diseases.The results provide new insights and practical references for personalized teaching in the field of medical education,demonstrating the broad potential of AI in educational reform.
