摘要
新质生产力的快速发展为中国民办高校的应用型人才培养提供了新的机遇和挑战。本研究从新质生产力视域出发,对多所民办高校的学生和教育者进行了实地调研。研究发现,跨学科能力、实践导向和创新思维是应用型人才的核心素养。然而,当前民办高校在应用型人才培养过程中存在一些问题。基于此,本研究提出了增加实践环节、加强校企合作、强化师资队伍建设等多元化培养策略,旨在构建与新质生产力发展相适应的应用型人才培养体系。本研究成果旨在为民办高校提供应用型人才培养的理论支撑和实践指导。
The rapid development of new quality productivity provides new opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of applied talents in Chinese private universities.This study conducted field research on students and educators from multiple private universities from the perspective of new quality productivity.Research has found that interdisciplinary ability,practical orientation,and innovative thinking are the core competencies of applied talents.However,there are some problems in the current process of cultivating applied talents in private universities.Based on this,this study proposes diversified training strategies such as increasing practical links,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and enhancing the construction of teaching staff,aiming to build an applied talent training system that is compatible with the development of new quality productivity.The aim of this research is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of applied talents in private universities.
