摘要
创新人才培养对大学的精神提出了一系列要求。创新人才培养需要有因其"引领社会进步"而有理想与高度、有魂灵的大学;需要有因其"促进学生发展"而有智慧与深度、有眼光的大学;需要有因其"鼓励多元多样"而有活力与宽度、有胸怀的大学;需要因其"拒绝任何依附"而有胆量与硬度、有脊梁的大学。只有具备这些精神品质的大学,才能真正培养创新人才。
To cultivate innovative talents calls for series of requirements for universities＇ spiritual characteristics. Firstly, it calls for a university with the soul, which could have the ideal and height owe to its leading social progress. Secondly, it calls for a university with the horizon, which could have the wisdom and depth owe to its promoting students＇ development. Thirdly, it calls for a university with the mind, which could have the vigor and width owe to its encouraging diversity. Fourthly, it calls for a university with the backbone, which could have the courage and hardness owe to its refusing any attachment. Only with all these traits, could our universities truly cultivate innovative talents.
