摘要
对杨木和桦木素材采用以二氧化硅为主体的浸渍改性处理,之后在140℃、160℃、180℃和2 h、3 h、4 h条件下对浸渍材进行热处理,考察热处理对素材和浸渍材物理性能影响。结果表明:(1)相对于浸渍材,随着热处理温度和时间的增加,杨木和桦木改性材的气干密度、绝干密度、基本密度均降低;(2)杨木和桦木浸渍材和热处理浸渍材的干缩率均低于素材;相对于浸渍材,随着热处理温度和时间的增加,杨木和桦木改性材的干缩率均降低;(3)杨木和桦木浸渍材和热处理浸渍材的吸湿膨胀率均低于素材;相对于浸渍材,随着热处理温度和时间的增加,杨木和桦木改性材的吸湿膨胀率均降低;(4)相对于浸渍材,随着热处理温度和时间的增加,热处理浸渍材的明度降低,色差增大;(5)热处理温度对木材物理性能影响大于热处理时间的影响,在180℃、4 h条件下热处理浸渍材的物理性能较好。
Poplar and birch materials were subjected to impregnation modification treatment with silica as the main component,and then the impregnated materials were heat-treated at 140℃,160℃,180℃for 2 h,3 h,and 4 h respectively.The effect of heat treatment on the physical properties of the original materials and impregnated materi-als was investigated.The results show that:(1)Compared with the impregnated materials,the air-dry density,ov-en-dry density,and basic density of modified poplar and birch materials decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(2)The drying shrinkage rates of impregnated poplar,impregnated birch,heat-treated im-pregnated poplar,and heat-treated impregnated birch are all lower than those of the original materials;compared with the impregnated materials,the drying shrinkage rates of modified poplar and birch materials decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(3)The hygroscopic expansion rates of impregnated poplar,im-pregnated birch,heat-treated impregnated poplar,and heat-treated impregnated birch are all lower than those of the original materials;compared with the impregnated materials,the hygroscopic expansion rates of modified poplar and birch materials decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(4)Compared with the impregna-ted materials,the lightness of heat-treated impregnated materials decreases and the color difference increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(5)The effect of heat treatment temperature on the physical properties of wood is greater than that of heat treatment time,and the physical properties of the impregnated materials heat-treated at 180℃for 4h are better.
