铁竹物理力学性质随竹龄和杆高的变异规律研究

摘要 为系统了解铁竹(Ferrocalamus strictus)的物理力学性质,以1~4年生铁竹为研究对象,分析物理力学性能随竹龄和杆高生长方向的分布规律。结果表明:铁竹的尖削度较小且最长节间达1.22 m。铁竹的气干密度为0.54~0.94 g/cm^(3),顺纹抗压强度为58.98~130.82 MPa,外侧硬度为66.75~89.20 HD,均随竹龄增大而增大。铁竹的全干干缩率、气干干缩率和内侧硬度随竹龄增加而减小,随轴向部位升高呈小幅上升趋势。铁竹的抗弯强度为85.05~268.50 MPa,抗弯弹性模量5.41~12.89 GPa,均随竹龄的增大先增后减。3年生的铁竹材质成熟,为较佳伐竹年龄。在此基础上,以铁竹在一定竹龄的物理力学性能,气干密度与力学性质间的相关关系为基础数据,构建了数学预测模型。研究结果可为铁竹的合理开发利用提供理论基础。 In order to systematically understand the physical and mechanical properties of Ferrocalamus strictus,in this study,the distribution of physical and mechanical properties with the growth direction of bamboo age and rod height using a 1~4 year old F.strictus as the study object was analyzed.The sharpness of the F.strictus was smaller and the longest internode was 1.22 m.The air-dry density of the F.strictus was 0.54~0.94 g/cm^(3),the compressive strength parallel to grain was 58.98~130.82 MPa,and the outer hardness was 66.75~89.20 HD,which all increased with the age of the bamboo.The full dry shrinkage rate,air dry shrinkage rate,and inner hardness of F.strictus decreased with the increase of bamboo age,and showed a small upward trend with the increase of axial part.The MOR of F.strictus was 85.05~268.50 MPa and MOE was 5.41~12.89 GPa,which both increased and then decreased with the age of bamboo.3 years of maturity of the material of F.strictus was recommended to be the better age for bamboo felling.On this basis,a mathematical prediction model was constructed using the physical and mechanical properties of F.strictus at a certain age,and the correlation between air-dry density and mechanical properties as the basic data.The results of this study could provide a theoretical basis for the rational development of F.strictus.
