化工设备中机械密封是防止介质泄漏的关键,其可靠性直接关系装置安全与环境安全。文章分析了导致机械密封泄漏的主要风险因素,构建了基于多因素综合分析的风险预测模型,系统探讨了环保型密封材料的研发路径与应用价值。研究证明,通过科学预测泄漏风险并有针对性地选用高性能环保密封材料,可显著提升设备运行的稳定性与环保性。研究成果为化工设备的长周期安全稳定运行及行业绿色化发展提供了理论依据与技术支撑。
Mechanical seals in chemical equipment are crucial for preventing medium leakage,and their reliability directly impacts the safety of both the equipment and the environment.This article analyzes the primary risk factors leading to mechanical seal leakage,constructs a risk prediction model based on comprehensive multi-factor analysis,and systematically explores the development path and application value of environmentally friendly sealing materials.The study demonstrates that by scientifically predicting leakage risks and selecting high-performance,environmentally friendly sealing materials,the stability and environmental friendliness of equipment operation can be significantly enhanced.The findings provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for the long-term safe and stable operation of chemical equipment and the green development of the industry.
