基于传统机械因素与量子力学微观角度的机械密封失效机理研究及改进策略

摘要 在化工领域,设备的安全稳定运行至关重要,而机械密封失效是影响其运行的关键问题。从传统机械因素,如磨损、腐蚀、变形等方面,结合量子力学微观视角,全面剖析机械密封的失效机理,提出针对性改进策略,并通过实际工程案例验证策略的有效性,最终实现提升机械密封性能,保障化工设备安全稳定运行的目标。 In the field of chemical engineering,the safe and stable operation of equipment is crucial,and mechanical seal failure is a key issue affecting its operation.From traditional mechanical factors such as wear,corrosion,deformation,etc.,combined with the microscopic perspective of quantum mechanics,a comprehensive analysis of the failure mechanism of mechanical seals is conducted,and targeted improvement strategies are proposed.The effectiveness of the strategies is verified through actual engineering cases,ultimately achieving the goal of improving the performance of mechanical seals and ensuring the safe and stable operation of chemical equipment.
