摘要
研究通过填料结构创新设计、传质强化机理分析、工艺参数调控,建立了新型高效分离装置。实验研究采用乙醇-水体系、丙酮-甲醇体系进行验证,结果表明改进后设备气液分布均匀度提升至92%,传质效率提高32%,能耗降低25%,产品纯度达到99.5%。优化后设备在不同分离体系中表现出良好适用性,运行稳定性提高,投资回报率达45%。研究成果为化工分离过程节能增效提供了技术支撑。
In this study,a new high-efficiency separation device was established through the innovative design offiller structure,the analysis of mass transfer enhancement mechanism and the control of process parameters.The experimental research used ethanol-water system and acetone-methanol system for verification.The results show that after the improvement,the gas-liquid distribution uniformity of the equipment is increased to 92%,the mass transfer efficiency is increased by 32%,the energy consumption is reduced by 25%,and the product purity is 99.5%.The optimized equipment showed good applicability in different separation systems,improved operational stability,and a return on investment of 45%.The research results provide technical support for energy saving and efficiency increase in chemical separation process.
