教育教学视域下学生职业核心素养评价体系研究——以高职院校为例 被引量:1

Research on the Evaluation System of Vocational Core Literacy of Students from the Perspective of Education and Teaching:Taking Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

摘要 职业核心素养与企业岗位需求相对应,是职业发展变化对人才职业素养的要求。通过调查分析得到组成高职院校学生职业核心素养评价模型的4个一级指标(职业理想素养、职业人格素养、职业意识素养和职业关键能力素养),以及18个二级指标,然后通过层次分析法对所建构的高职院校学生职业核心素养评价模型进行权重值赋予,其中权重值最高的两项指标分别为岗位适应能力和问题解决能力。旨在深入探讨高职院校学生职业核心素养评价指标体系,为教育教学提供新的思路和方法。 The occupational core quality is relative to the job demand of enterprises,which is the requirement of professional development and change for talents’professional quality.Through investigation and analysis,we can get four first-level indicators that constitute the evaluation model of vocational core literacy of higher vocational students:Professional ideal accomplishment,professional personality accomplishment,professional awareness accomplishment and professional key ability accomplishment and 18 secondary indexes.Then,weight values are assigned to the constructed vocational core accomplishment evaluation model of vocational students through analytic hierarchy process.The two indexes with the highest weight value are job adaptability and problem solving ability respectively.This article aims to deeply explore the evaluation index system of vocational core literacy for higher vocational students and provide new ideas and methods for education and teaching.
