摘要
山西某矿2308工作面主采二采区3号煤层,采用倾斜长壁综采技术。为控制瓦斯浓度,施工裂隙带高位钻孔进行抽采。钻孔布置在运输顺槽和回风顺槽,采用囊袋式封孔工艺,封孔长度不小于15 m,每9~12个钻孔组成1个连接组接入抽采系统。当裂隙带抽采无法解决上隅角瓦斯含量偏高问题时,采取采空区埋管抽采技术,并进行定向高位钻孔试验,使得抽采后工作面通风情况满足要求。
The No.3 coal seam in the second mining area of the 2308 working face in a certain mine in Shanxi Province adopts inclined longwall comprehensive mining technology.To control gas concentration,high-level drilling is carried out in the construction fracture zone for extraction.The drilling is arranged in the transportation and return air ducts,using a bag sealing process with a sealing length of not less than 15 meters.Every 9-12 drilling holes form a connection group to connect to the extraction system.When the problem of high gas content in the upper corner cannot be solved by extracting from the fissure zone,the technique of buried pipe extraction in the goaf is adopted,and directional high-level drilling tests are conducted to ensure that the ventilation of the working face meets the requirements after extraction.
