摘要
为促进煤矿综采工作面实现自动化无人化开采,介绍了综采工作面实现无人化开采的基础,分析了煤矿综采工作面实现自动化无人化开采的主要策略,重点对综采工作面的片帮自动控制,底软自动控制以及自动喷雾降尘技术进行了研究,通过综合应用这些技术,能显著提高综采工作面的自动化开采水平,促进综采工作面实现无人化开采。
In order to promote automatic unmanned mining in fully mechanized coal mining face,this paper introduces the basis of realizing unmanned mining in fully mechanized coal mining face,analyzes the main strategies of realizing automatic unmanned mining in fully mechanized coal mining face,and focuses on the research of automatic control of spalling,soft bottom and automatic spray dust reduction technology in fully mechanized coal mining face.Through the comprehensive application of these technologies,the automatic mining level of fully mechanized coal mining face can be significantly improved,and the unmanned mining of fully mechanized coal mining face can be promoted.
