摘要
作为以实践为导向的专业学科,社会工作专业的本土化进程中离不开专业教育的推动。如何实现理论素养培育与实践能力培养并重,需要基于全新的社会背景下,引入适宜的教育理念,改进教学方式方法,转变传统的理论灌输主导,推进社会工作专业学生实践能力培养。广东B学院社会工作系立足于“双百计划”将成果导向的教育理念引入社会工作专业实践教学过程中,通过教学理念转变、教学方法完善、教学评价多元、教学成果可视,促进学生实际知识的掌握、能力素养提升以及专业价值塑造,为培养专业与职业并重发展的应用型社会工作专业人才提供新的发展思路。
As a practice-oriented discipline,social work localization relies on professional education.Balancing theoretical cultivation with practical ability requires updated pedagogical concepts,methods,and approaches.Guangdong B College Social Work Department introduced outcome-based education(OBE)into its undergraduate practice teaching via the Double Hundred Plan.By transforming teaching concepts,diversifying evaluations,and visualizing outcomes,it enhances students’practical knowledge,abilities,and professional values—offering new approaches for cultivating applied social work talent.
