摘要
在"老年社会工作"课程中开展实践教学,是要训练学生将社会工作专业技巧和方法灵活应用于老年人服务领域,提高学生的实务能力。但从目前集中开展的几种社会工作实践教学模式来看,教学效果并不理想。如何对这些实践教学模式进行优化组合,扬长避短,以达到最佳的教学效果,还需要更进一步的探索。本文配合"老年社会工作"相应的教学内容和主题,对这几种实践教学模式进行比较与整合,提出该课程实践教学的设计与实施方案。
To carry out practical teaching in the course of Social Work for the Aged is to train students to apply social work skills and methods flexibly in the field of service for the aged and to improve their practical ability. However, the teaching effect of the present several social work practice teaching modes is not ideal. How to optimize and integrate these practical teaching modes and make full use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses to achieve the best teaching effect still needs further exploration. This article compares and integrates these practical teaching modes based on the topics and contents of Social Work for the Aged, and puts forward the design and implementation plan of the practical teaching of this course.
