摘要
随着高海拔地区医疗条件的不断改善,CT增强检查在诊断和治疗中的应用日益增多。然而,造影剂过敏反应的发生为临床实践带来了挑战,尤其是在高海拔环境中,患者的生理状态和反应机制可能与平原地区有所不同。当前,尽管已有一定的研究探讨了造影剂过敏的发生机制及其风险因素,但在高海拔地区特有的环境和医疗条件下,相关研究仍显不足。本文旨在系统分析高海拔地区放射科在进行CT增强检查时,针对造影剂过敏的相关处理方案,探讨其发生机制、风险评估、预防措施及应急处理策略,以期为临床医生提供有效的指导,保障患者的安全和检查效果。
With the continuous improvement of medical conditions in high-altitude areas,the application of enhanced CT examination in diagnosis and treatment is increasing.However,the occurrence of contrast agent allergy has brought challenges to clinical practice,especially in high-altitude environments the physiological state and reaction mechanism of patients may be different from that in plain areas.At present,although some studies have explored the mechanism and risk factors of contrast media allergy,the relevant research is still insufficient under the unique environment and medical conditions in high-altitude areas.The purpose of this paper is to systematically analyze the relevant treatment scheme for contrast agent allergy in the Department of Radiology in high altitude areas and to explore its mechanism,risk assessment,preventive measures,and emergency treatment strategies,to provide effective guidance for clinicians and ensure the safety and inspection effect of patients.
