碘对比剂使用指南(第2版) 被引量:144

摘要 一、碘对比剂分类 目前临床应用的含碘对比剂的基本结构是3-乙酰-2,4,6-三苯甲酸,为含3个碘的苯环。对l:tN依照不同性质可以分为单体和二聚体对比剂,离子型和非离子型对比剂,高渗、次高渗和等渗对比剂。本次修订中用“次高渗对比剂”替代“低渗对比剂”概念。次高渗对比剂是相对于高渗对比剂而言的,等渗对比剂是相对于血浆渗透压而言的,而次高渗对比剂的渗透压仍高于血浆渗透压约2倍(表1)。
