碘对比剂使用指南（第2版） 被引量：144

摘要 一、碘对比剂分类 目前临床应用的含碘对比剂的基本结构是3-乙酰-2，4，6-三苯甲酸，为含3个碘的苯环。对l：tN依照不同性质可以分为单体和二聚体对比剂，离子型和非离子型对比剂，高渗、次高渗和等渗对比剂。本次修订中用“次高渗对比剂”替代“低渗对比剂”概念。次高渗对比剂是相对于高渗对比剂而言的，等渗对比剂是相对于血浆渗透压而言的，而次高渗对比剂的渗透压仍高于血浆渗透压约2倍（表1）。
