摘要
虚拟现实(VR)技术在机械设计中提升了可视化、仿真与交互能力,优化了产品设计、装配模拟与性能验证。文中探讨了VR在机械设计各环节的应用,分析了关键技术,并结合液压系统设计案例,验证了其在提高效率、降低能耗和优化结构方面的作用。研究表明,VR技术能缩短设计周期,提升精度,并为智能机械设计提供新思路。
Virtual Reality(VR)technology enhances visualization,simulation,and interaction capabilities in mechanical design,optimizing product development,assembly simulation,and performance verification.This paper explores the application of VR in various aspects of mechanical design,analyzes key technologies,and examines a hydraulic system design case to validate its effectiveness in improving efficiency,reducing energy consumption,and optimizing structures.The study demonstrates that VR technology shortens the design cycle,enhances precision,and offers new perspectives for intelligent mechanical design.
