摘要
鱼类资源影响和保护措施是抽水蓄能电站重点关注的环境影响之一。本文以从黄河取水的牛首山抽水蓄能电站为例,研究了“闭循环”式抽水蓄能电站建设对鱼类资源的具体影响,涵盖施工及泵站运行噪声干扰、施工振动,以及水体扰动阻碍附近水域饵料生物生长和鱼类繁殖、减少鱼类资源量等,分析了电站取水泵站的卷载作用对鱼卵和仔稚鱼资源的损失。针对上述不利影响,本研究制定了包括涉水施工避让鱼类繁殖和苗汛期、取水深度优化、取水口拦驱鱼、鱼类增殖放流、鱼类救护机制等鱼类保护措施体系,并提出未来鱼类保护的研究方向。本研究旨在为类似“闭式抽水蓄能”项目中的鱼类保护研究提供参考。
The study focuses on the environmental impacts of pumped-storage power stations,particularly on fish stocks and conservation measures.In this paper,the impact of"Closed-loop pumped storage"on fish resources was studied.Studies have shown that the underwater noise,vibrations,and water disturbances from the construction and operation of pumped-storage power stations can negatively impact fish growth,reproduction,and the overall health of fish populations.In addition,fish eggs,larvae and juveniles will be lost due to the loading of intake pumping stations.In view of the adverse effects mentioned above,this study formulated a system of protection measures,including avoid fish breeding and seeding during flood seasons in wading water construction areas,optimization of water intake depth,catch and drive fish out of water intakes,artificial breeding and release of fish,establish a fish rescue mechanism,increase publicity and education efforts on fish conservation.The research direction of fish conservation in the future is also proposed in this study.It is expected that this study can be used as a reference for fish conservation research in similar"Closed-loop pumped storage".
