摘要
近年来,积极心理学研究领域不断拓展,学者们逐渐认识到积极心理因素在维护个体心理健康方面的重要价值。处于青年期的高校学生群体面临着学业负担、人际关系、职业规划等多方面的心理压力,其心理适应状况与个人发展密切相关。本研究通过文献分析法,对大学生积极心理资源的基本概念、构成维度及评估方法进行了全面阐述,着重探讨了积极心理资源影响大学生心理健康的路径与作用机理。同时,本研究系统评述了现有干预研究的实施效果,发现当前研究存在干预方法趋同、作用机制研究不够深入、特殊群体研究不足等问题。基于此,建议后续研究应重视文化差异比较、实施纵向追踪调查、设计个性化干预策略,以期为高校心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。
In recent years,the research field of positive psychology has been continuously expanding,and scholars have gradually recognized the important value of positive psychological factors in maintaining individual mental health.College students in their youth face various psychological pressures such as academic burden,interpersonal relationships,and career planning,and their psychological adaptation is closely related to personal development.This study comprehensively elaborates on the basic concepts,constituent dimensions,and evaluation methods of positive psychological resources for college students through literature analysis,with a focus on exploring the pathways and mechanisms through which positive psychological resources affect the mental health of college students.At the same time,this study systematically reviewed the implementation effects of existing intervention research and found that there are problems with the convergence of intervention methods,insufficient research on the mechanism of action,and insufficient research on special groups in current research.Based on this,it is suggested that future research should pay attention to cultural differences comparison,implement longitudinal tracking surveys,and design personalized intervention strategies,in order to provide scientific basis for psychological health education in universities.
