锶元素的生理作用及其在水产养殖中的应用

摘要 锶元素是动物机体所需要的微量元素之一,在维持生物体正常生理功能方面发挥着重要作用。锶元素能促进生物体的生长发育,通过参与骨骼形成,维持骨骼健康;锶元素具有抗氧化功能,能清除体内的自由基,保护细胞免受氧化应激损伤;锶元素还具有抗炎功能,能抑制炎症反应,减轻炎症引起的组织损伤。在水产养殖中,锶元素同样具有重要应用价值。锶元素能促进水产动物的生长发育,提高产量;锶元素能增强水产动物的抗氧化功能,提高水产动物对环境胁迫的抵抗力,降低病害发生率;锶元素还在鱼类增殖放流上具有重要的标记应用,通过标记锶元素,可以追踪鱼类的迁徙和分布,评估增殖放流的效果。本文通过对锶元素的生理作用及其在水产养殖中的应用进行综述,以期为锶元素相关研究提供参考。 Strontium(Sr)is one of the trace elements required by animal organisms and plays a significant role in maintaining normal physiological functions of living organisms.Sr can promote the growth and development of organisms and maintain bone health by participating in bone formation.Meanwhile,Sr has antioxidant functions,which can eliminate free radicals in the body and protect cells from oxidative stress damage.Sr also has anti-inflammatory functions,which can inhibit inflammatory responses and reduce tissue damage caused by inflammation.In aquaculture,Sr also has important application value.Sr can promote the growth and development of aquatic animals and increase production.At the same time,Sr can enhance the antioxidant function of aquatic animals,improve their resistance to environmental stress,and reduce the incidence of diseases.In addition,Sr also has important marking applications in fish restocking,and by marking Sr,the migration and distribution of fish can be tracked,and the effect of restocking can be evaluated.This article reviews the physiological functions of Sr and its application in aquaculture,with the aim of providing a reference for future research on Sr.
