摘要
为提升聚氯乙烯制品的抗静电性能与综合力学性能,使用邻苯二甲酸二(2-甲氧乙基)酯作为新型抗静电增塑剂,设定4组配比方案,对热稳定性、界面相容性、红外特征与导电性能进行测试,并与传统DBP增塑体系进行对比分析。结果表明,高性能抗静电增塑剂表现出良好的热重稳定性,且显著降低了体积电阻率,力学性能稳定,可在保持机械强度的同时赋予PVC优异的抗静电性能,具有较高的应用推广价值。
In order to improve the antistatic properties and comprehensive mechanical properties of polyvinyl chloride products,di(2-methoxyethyl)phthalate is used as a new antistatic plasticizer,and four groups of ratio schemes are set.The thermal stability,interface compatibility,infrared characteristics and electrical conductivity are systematically tested and compared with the traditional DBP plasticizing system.The results show that the high-performance antistatic plasticizer exhibits good thermogravimetric stability,significantly reduces the volume resistivity,and stable mechanical properties.It can give PVC excellent antistatic properties while maintaining mechanical strength,and has high application and promotion value.
