摘要
唇读是听障者获取信息、融入社会的关键能力。对18篇汉语唇读理解相关文献进行分析,结果发现,现有研究多关注听障青少年,采用群组实验设计,以“口形视频—图片”匹配范式进行评估,影响因素包括语言级别、听觉辅助、语言环境等,干预研究仅涉及镜前模仿策略。基于此,未来研究还需扩展研究对象、完善评估工具、深化认知机制研究,并积极探索提升听障者汉语唇读理解能力的干预策略,为其言语语言能力发展与教育教学提供有效建议。
Speechreading is a critical skill for individuals with hearing impairments to access information and integrate into society.An analysis of 18 studies on Chinese speechreading comprehension reveals that existing researches primarily focus on adolescents with hearing impairments,employing group experimental designs and assessing participants by using a“mouth shape video-image”matching paradigm.Influencing factors include language proficiency level,auditory aids,language environment and so on,while intervention studies have only explored mirror-based imitation strategies.Based on this,future research should still expand the scope of study participants,refine assessment tools,deepen research into cognitive mechanisms,and actively explore intervention strategies to enhance the Chinese speechreading comprehension abilities of individuals with hearing impairment,thereby providing effective recommendations for their speech and language development and educational instruction.
