融合BIM与人工智能的水利工程招投标造价辅助决策模型

摘要 传统水利工程招投标造价管理存在信息不透明、计算易出错、决策缺乏科学支撑等显著问题,难以适应现代水利工程建设的复杂需求。而BIM与人工智能技术凭借各自的独特优势,为解决这些问题提供了新思路。BIM技术可实现工程信息的三维可视化与多专业协同共享,人工智能技术则具备强大的数据处理与智能决策能力。通过构建水利工程BIM模型,精准提取工程量、材料价格等关键信息,再应用人工智能算法对这些信息进行深度分析处理,可以生成科学合理的造价方案,最终为决策者提供有力支持。 Traditional water conservancy engineering bidding cost management has significant problems such as information opacity,easy calculation errors,and lack of scientific support for decision-making,which are difficult to adapt to the complex needs of modern water conservancy engineering construction.BIM and artificial intelligence technology,with their unique advantages,provide new ideas for solving these problems.BIM technology can achieve three-dimensional visualization and multi-disciplinary collaborative sharing of engineering information,while artificial intelligence technology has powerful data processing and intelligent decision-making capabilities.By constructing a BIM model for water conservancy engineering,key information such as project quantity and material prices can be accurately extracted,and then deeply analyzed and processed using artificial intelligence algorithms to generate scientifically reasonable cost plans,ultimately providing strong support for decision-makers.
