光伏电缆桥架的鼠患防治与防火安全研究

摘要 在光伏电站规模快速扩大的背景下,光伏电缆桥架鼠患引发的起火事故严重威胁着光伏电站的安全稳定运行。本文对光伏电缆桥架的鼠患原因及危害进行了深入分析,创新性提出在光伏电缆桥架上每隔30 m设置一道封堵墙,并将其与圆盘和倒刺结合使用;对采用不同方案时光伏电缆桥架鼠患导致的电缆故障发生率进行了分析;通过实验对采用不同方案时的火势蔓延时间进行了测试;最后对不同方案时的施工要点和维护要求进行了介绍。研究结果显示:1)单独采用封堵墙方案、倒刺方案和圆盘方案时,12个月后光伏电缆桥架鼠患导致的电缆故障发生率分别为25.4%、32.7%和33.5%;而采用“封堵墙+倒刺+圆盘”组合方案后,光伏电缆桥架鼠患导致的电缆故障发生率从1月时的63.8%降至12月时的5.0%,降幅达92.2%。由此可知,组合方案可取长补短,效果更好。2)无封堵墙时,火势可在12 min内蔓延至整个光伏电缆桥架;而当每隔30m左右设置一道封堵墙后,火势蔓延至100 m处耗时60 min,整体蔓延速度降低80%以上。3)通过采用物理阻隔(封堵墙)和防攀爬(倒刺、圆盘)的协同方式,可从根源上阻止老鼠进入光伏电缆桥架。4)在实际应用中,严格遵循施工要点进行施工,并做好定期维护工作,能够确保防护措施长期发挥作用,为光伏电站的安全稳定运行提供有力保障。 In the context of the rapid expansion of PV power station scale,fire accidents caused by rodent infestation in PV cable trays pose a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of PV power stations.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the causes and hazards of rodent infestation in PV cable trays,and innovatively proposes installing a blocking wall every 30 m on the PV cable trays,combined with the use of discs and barbed wires.It analyzes the cable failure rate caused by rodent infestation in PV cable trays under different schemes,tests the fire spread time under different schemes through experiments,and finally introduces the construction key points and maintenance requirements for different schemes.The research results show that:1)When using the blocking wall scheme,barbed wire scheme,and disc scheme individually,the cable failure rate caused by rodent infestation in PV cable trays after 12 months is 25.4%,32.7%,and 33.5%,respectively.However,after adopting the combined scheme of"blocking wall+barbed wire+disc",the cable failure rate caused by rodent infestation in PV cable trays decreased from 63.8%in January to 5.0%in December,a decrease of 92.2%.It can be seen that the combined scheme can complement each other's strengths and achieve better results.2)Without blocking walls,the fire can spread to the entire PV cable tray within 12 min.However,after installing a blocking wall every 30 m or so,the fire takes 60 min to spread to a distance of 100 m,with the overall spread speed reduced by more than 80%.3)By adopting a synergistic approach of physical barriers(blocking walls)and anti-climbing measures(barbed wires,discs),it is possible to prevent rodents from entering PV cable trays from the root.4)In practical applications,strictly following the construction key points and carrying out regular maintenance work can ensure that protective measures remain effective over the long term,providing strong guarantees for the safe and stable operation of PV power stations.
