摘要
在高等教育快速发展的时代背景下,协同育人理念深入人心,成为推动教育改革与创新的重要驱动力。高校“一站式”学生社区建设,作为协同育人理念的具体实践之一,旨在整合教育资源,提升协同育人机制的有效性,同时满足学生多元化需求,以推动高校内涵式发展。为了实现这些目标,高校应通过强化顶层设计、构建协同育人机制,以及优化信息化和网格化管理模式,确保资源的高效利用和教育服务质量的提升。
In the backdrop of the rapid development of higher education,the concept of collaborative education has taken root in people’s hearts and become an important driving force for educational reform and innovation.The construction of"one-stop"student communities in colleges and universities,as one of the concrete practices of the concept of collaborative education,aims to integrate educational resources,enhance the effectiveness of the collaborative education mechanism,and at the same time meet the diverse needs of students,so as to promote the connotative development of colleges and universities.To achieve these goals,universities should ensure the efficient utilization of resources and the improvement of educational service quality by strengthening top-level design,establishing a collaborative education mechanism,and optimizing information and grid-based management models.
