摘要
“一站式”学生社区作为一种集教育、管理、服务于一体的新型育人模式,正在越来越多的学校中推广。文章基于场域理论视角,以福建船政交通职业学院为例,探讨“一站式”学生社区的具体构建模式,通过党建引领、线上线下双轨并行、协同机制创新等多方面的举措,创建出一个集教育、管理、服务于一体的综合社区,实现师生互动的优化和学生的全面发展。此举不仅为高职教育提供了新的教育管理思路,也为未来学生社区育人模式的进一步发展提供了理论和实践上的参考。
The"one-stop"student community,as a new educational model that integrates education,management,and service,is being promoted in more and more schools.Based on the perspective of field theory,this article takes Fujian Shipbuilding and Transportation Vocational College as an example to explore the specific construction mode of the"one-stop"student community.Through various measures such as party building guidance,online and offline dual track parallel,and innovative collaborative mechanisms,a comprehensive community integrating education,management,and service is created to optimize teacher-student interaction and achieve comprehensive development of students.This not only provides new educational management ideas for vocational education,but also provides theoretical and practical references for the further development of future student community education models.
