单级仓网优化:次日达时效提升与RDC选址策略研究

摘要 电商时代,次日达服务成关键。文章针对单级仓网企业配送难题,优化RDC选址策略,提升B2C电子产品次日达效率至70%以上。采用混合整数规划模型与模拟退火算法,最小化成本,并验证于“京东物流杯”竞赛。结果显示,优化布局显著提升时效并控成本,为电商仓网优化提供新方案。 In the era of e-commerce,next-day delivery service has become crucial.This study aims to address the delivery challenges faced by single level warehouse network enterprises,optimize RDC location selection strategies,and improve the next day delivery efficiency of B2C electronic products to over 70%.Using a mixed integer programming model and simulated annealing algorithm to minimize costs,and validated in the"JD Logistics Cup"competition.The results show that optimizing the layout significantly improves efficiency and controls costs,providing new solutions for optimizing e-commerce warehouse networks.
