成本导向下村镇物流运输系统评价与规划优化方法研究--以重庆市渝北区邮政物流为例 被引量:1

Research on evaluation and planning optimization method of logistics transportation system in villages and towns under cost guidance--Taking the postal logistics in Yubei District of Chongqing as an example

摘要 采用复杂网络分析方法,以村镇物流运输系统为研究对象,剖析村镇物流运输系统基本运行机理.通过对网络整体结构与个体特征的测度分析,挖掘控制村镇物流运输系统运行成本的重要设施,量化村镇物流运输环节的成本分布特征,进一步梳理村镇物流运输系统的成本构成规律并提出低成本运输规划模式,总结“精简区域循环、增强镇级职能、末端两段运输”的优化原则.结果显示,规划优化后的村镇物流运输系统总成本较之前降低了22.5%,末端设施成本分别降低了51.3%、26.1%. Using complex network analysis method,taking the village and town logistics transportation system as the research object,the basic operation mechanism of village and town logistics transportation system was analyzed.Through the measurement and analysis of the overall structure and individual characteristics of the network,the important facilities for controlling the operating costs of the villages and towns transportation system were excavated,the cost distribution characteristics of the logistics and transportation links in the villages and towns were quantified,the cost structure of the village and town logistics transportation system was further sorted out,and the low-cost transportation planning mode was proposed,the optimization principle was summarized as“streamlined regional circulation,enhanced town-level functions,and end-end transportation”.The results showed that the total cost of the planned township logistics transportation system was reduced by 22.5%compared with the previous period,and the terminal facilities cost was decreased by 51.3%and 26.1%respectively.
