摘要
《食品微生物检测技术》课程作为食品类专业的核心课程,是食品安全检测(感官检测、理化检测和微生物检测)的重要组成部分,与思政教育在知识层面、能力层面和素质层面具有天然耦合性。课题组近几年在《食品微生物检测技术》课程的教学中,不断研究课程思政建设,通过明确课程思政目标、深入挖掘思政元素映射点、更新修订教材、全面构建思政教育评价体系等实践,探索出目标指引、情感浸润、实践能效三维协同的耦合育人模式,从而实现了专业课程与思政教育的有机融合,促进了学生的全面发展。
As a core course in food related majors,the course of"Food Microbiological Testing Technology"is an important component of food safety testing(sensory testing,physical and chemical testing,and microbiological testing),and has a natural coupling with ideological and political education in terms of knowledge,ability,and quality.In recent years,the research team has continuously studied the construction of ideological and political education in the teaching of the course"Food Microbial Detection Technology".Through clarifying the ideological and political objectives of the course,deeply exploring the mapping points of ideological and political elements,updating and revising textbooks,and comprehensively constructing an evaluation system for ideological and political education,the team has explored a three-dimensional collaborative coupling education model of goal guidance,emotional immersion,and practical energy efficiency.This has achieved the organic integration of professional courses and ideological and political education,and promoted the comprehensive development of students.
